Memmert SN750plus hot air steriliser – performance and reliability for professional sterilisation
The Memmert SN750plus is a hot air steriliser designed to guarantee rigorous and consistent sterilisation processes in laboratories, healthcare facilities and industrial environments. With a temperature range from +20 °C to +250 °C, it covers a wide range of applications, from instrument sterilisation to specific thermal decontamination cycles. Equipped with two class A Pt100 sensors arranged in a 4-wire circuit, the unit ensures precise and redundant temperature control for maximum safety. The SetpointWAIT function starts the cycle only when the target temperature is reached, thus guaranteeing complete process efficiency.
A design focused on precision and efficiency
The SN750plus incorporates TwinDISPLAY control technology, consisting of two high-definition colour TFT displays and a multifunction PID microprocessor. Parameters such as temperature, cycle time, air door position and time zones are fully adjustable. The HeatBALANCE function allows the power distribution between the upper and lower heating circuits to be adjusted, ensuring perfect thermal uniformity even with large loads. Thanks to natural convection and the intake of preheated fresh air, heat distribution remains stable and uniform throughout the 749-litre volume.
Robustness suited to demanding environments
The interior chamber, made entirely of stainless steel with pressed reinforcements and integrated heating on four sides, is designed to withstand the stresses of intensive use while remaining easy to clean. The double-insulated stainless steel door with two-point locking ensures optimum thermal sealing. Mounted on lockable castors, the SN750plus can be moved easily while remaining stable during use. It has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, with a limit of 30 kg per shelf, and can accommodate up to 14 shelf levels.
Safety and connectivity for total control
The steriliser is equipped with several safety systems: mechanical temperature limiter, electronic monitoring against overheating and underheating with audible and visual alarms, and a self-diagnostic system. The AutoSAFETY function automatically adapts the safety thresholds to the current settings, ensuring constant protection of samples and equipment. In terms of connectivity, the SN750plus is compatible with AtmoCONTROL software, allowing programming, management and transfer of programmes via USB or Ethernet interface.
