The Memmert SN75plus is a hot air steriliser designed to provide complete sterilisation in accordance with the most stringent standards. Used in laboratories, it reliably eliminates microorganisms from instruments, ensuring optimal working conditions. Its design incorporates the Setpoint Wait function, which only starts the cycle when the programmed temperature is reached, ensuring maximum efficiency. In addition, the device is compatible with freely positionable Pt100 probes , ensuring that all measuring points reach the target temperature before the sterilisation time countdown begins.

Robust design and precise control

With a useful volume of 74 litres and a deep-drawn stainless steel chamber , the SN75plus offers outstanding durability and ease of cleaning. Integrated heating elements on four sides ensure even heat distribution. The TwinDISPLAY control system, equipped with a multifunction PID microprocessor, allows precise adjustment of the temperature, air flap position and cycle time. Two Pt100 DIN Class A sensors provide redundant control and immediate fail-safe operation. The unit also features a HeatBALANCE function that adjusts the power distribution between the upper and lower heating circuits, optimising performance according to the type of load.

Integrated ergonomics, traceability and safety

The Memmert SN75plus is designed for intuitive use while ensuring optimum safety. The AtmoCONTROL software allows cycles to be programmed, managed and transferred via Ethernet or USB. In the event of a power failure, the current programme is saved so that it can be resumed without any loss of data. In terms of safety, the appliance incorporates several levels of control: mechanical temperature limiter, overheating and underheating monitoring systems, audible and visual alarms, and a self-diagnostic system. The isothermal design of the door, with a two-point closure, reduces heat loss and maintains cycle stability. All these features make the SN75plus a reliable choice for all applications requiring precise, documented and reproducible hot air sterilisation.
