Precision drying oven for laboratories – SNOL 120/300 LSN11
The SNOL 120/300 LSN11 electric oven is a laboratory oven designed for the heat treatment of various materials at temperatures up to 300°C. It meets the needs of professionals looking for a reliable solution for drying, heating, ageing or thermal testing with air circulation. Thanks to its forced horizontal ventilation, heat is distributed evenly throughout the chamber, ensuring a temperature uniformity of ±2 °C across the entire 120-litre volume. This guarantees reproducible and controlled results, which are essential in scientific or industrial environments.
The internal chamber is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The outer casing is made of grey powder-coated sheet metal, which offers good robustness and a simple design suitable for a laboratory environment. The rock wool thermal insulation, completely free of asbestos, significantly reduces heat loss and contributes to the energy efficiency of the appliance.
The door, mounted on hinges on the right, has a silicone seal and an internal stainless steel wall to ensure a tight seal. The unit is completed by a microprocessor-based temperature control system, a fan speed regulator, overheating protection (OTP) and an audible alarm. The temperature rise without load takes only 52 minutes, reducing waiting times. The control panel is located on the lower part of the oven for ergonomic access.
In terms of options, the SNOL 120/300 LSN11 can be configured as required: additional or reinforced shelves, digital timer, USB interface for data communication, or calibration of the measuring system. An economical version without fan control or buzzer is also available. These options allow the oven to be adapted to the specific requirements of laboratories or research units.
