SNOL 30/1100 LSF01: a high-performance laboratory furnace for heat treatments up to 1100 °C
The SNOL 30/1100 LSF01 is a fixed chamber, fibre-insulated laboratory furnace specially designed for common thermal processes in laboratories such as tempering, annealing or normalising. With a net chamber volume of 30 litres and an operating temperature of up to 1100 °C, it stands out thanks to its precise control and excellent temperature distribution. Its design allows for rapid temperature ramps (up to 1100 °C in 150 minutes without load) thanks to its low thermal mass.
The heating elements are integrated on all four sides of the chamber, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the entire usable volume. The furnace is equipped with a microprocessor controller and a door switch safety system, making it a safe, reliable and easy-to-use device. The chamber is made of insulating fibre plates that ensure very low heat loss and therefore optimised power consumption (only 3.4 kW).
The SNOL 30/1100 LSF01 is suitable for a wide range of applications: university laboratories, ceramics workshops, research centres and industrial and medical environments. It can be used to process ceramic, stone, metal or composite samples and can be used for thermal characterisation tests.
The grey powder-coated sheet metal outer casing effectively protects the internal components and facilitates maintenance. The door opens to the right and provides convenient access to the heating chamber. Temperature stability is maintained at ±2 °C and heating uniformity in the chamber is ±10 °C, ensuring reproducible results.
The oven can be customised with several options, such as an observation window up to 1100 °C, an assisted ventilation system, a buzzer, a digital timer for delayed start, or a USB communication interface.
