SNOL 3/1100 LHM01: a high-performance thermal solution for demanding professional environments
The SNOL 3/1100 LHM01 electric muffle furnace has been designed to meet the specific needs of professionals looking for reliability, precise temperature control and compactness. With a capacity of 3 litres, it is suitable for heat treatments up to 1100°C. Its internal chamber is made of vacuum-formed ceramic fibre, ensuring high thermal efficiency and minimal heat loss. The heating elements are integrated into the four internal walls, ensuring even heat distribution. This configuration not only allows for rapid temperature rise, reaching 1100°C in just 35 minutes, but also excellent thermal stability with an accuracy of ±2°C and uniformity of ±10°C.
The furnace has a powder-coated metal outer casing, which ensures high mechanical strength and protection against corrosion. The upward-opening door is secured by a safety switch, preventing accidental opening during operation. The control panel, located in the lower part of the unit, provides easy access to the Omron E5CC digital PID controller, allowing programming of 1 cycle with 2 steps.
Despite its compact dimensions, the SNOL 3/1100 LHM01 features a robust construction with low thermal mass, which significantly reduces energy consumption. The furnace can also be customised with a range of options such as an observation window, an assisted extraction system, a digital timer, or a USB communication interface for data recording.
