SNOL 420/300 LSN11 – Professional drying oven for demanding laboratories
The SNOL 420/300 LSN11 is an electric laboratory oven designed for heat treatment up to 300°C. This model is particularly suitable for processes requiring precise temperature control, such as drying materials, heat resistance testing, accelerated ageing or uniform heating of sensitive components. Its spacious 420-litre chamber, made entirely of 304 stainless steel, offers excellent corrosion resistance and ideal ease of maintenance in a laboratory environment.
One of the key features of the SNOL 420/300 LSN11 is its horizontal forced air convection, generated by a fan motor located at the rear. This system ensures even circulation of hot air throughout the chamber, guaranteeing thermal uniformity of ±9 °C and stability of 1 °C across the entire operating range. This thermal performance guarantees reproducible results, even during complex or prolonged treatments. The oven reaches its maximum temperature in just 30 minutes, reducing start-up time and increasing productivity.
The outer structure is made of powder-coated sheet metal combined with asbestos-free rock wool insulation, providing good thermal retention while minimising energy loss. The double door system, with an inner stainless steel panel, reinforces the thermal seal and ensures user safety.
The unit is equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller for precise adjustment and an overheating protection system (OTP). A buzzer and fan speed controller are also integrated, unless the economical version (Ec) is chosen. The control panel is positioned at the bottom of the unit for ergonomic handling. This oven is designed to operate with a 400 V three-phase power supply and consumes 6.2 kW, ensuring good energy efficiency on a daily basis.
