SNOL 80/1100 LSF01 laboratory furnace: thermal performance and reliability for demanding professional applications
The SNOL 80/1100 LSF01 electric laboratory furnace is a heat treatment device designed for a wide range of scientific, industrial and educational applications. With a capacity of 80 litres and a maximum temperature of 1100°C, it is perfectly suited to hardening, annealing and normalising processes, as well as for firing ceramic and stoneware samples. This model stands out thanks to its careful design and stable thermal performance, meeting the standards expected in demanding professional environments.
The chamber is made of thermal fibre insulation panels, which limit heat loss and contribute to rapid temperature rise. This low thermal mass design not only saves time during preheating but also significantly reduces power consumption. The heating system is integrated on all four sides of the chamber, ensuring even heat distribution and optimum thermal stability.
The SNOL 80/1100 LSF01 is equipped with a side control panel, located to the left of the frame, incorporating a microprocessor controller for precise temperature control. Safety is ensured by a door interlock system that prevents opening during operation. The oven opens sideways to the right and rests on a grey powder-coated, wear-resistant metal structure.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a ceramic bottom that ensures optimal stability and cleanliness of the chamber. For specific requirements, several options can be added, such as an observation window (up to 1100°C), a fan-assisted extraction system, a data logger or a USB interface. It is also possible to calibrate the temperature measurement system, add a protective gas atmosphere or a gas box, making it a modular tool that can be adapted to different applications.
The SNOL 80/1100 LSF01 is a robust, reliable and accurate furnace, designed for environments where thermal rigour is essential. Its ease of use, consistent performance and expandability make it a strategic choice for laboratories and production units looking for a high-capacity furnace without compromising on the quality of the heat treatment.
