The 26-litre circular microwave cavity guarantees uniform wave distribution, ensuring homogeneous heating of all samples. Its 2,000 W power, delivered by two magnetrons, enables efficient digestion of materials such as rocks, ceramics, alloys, coal and even cosmetics. Applications range from environmental analysis to the pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
The Speedwave Xpert is compatible with an external control unit equipped with a 7-inch colour touch screen. This interface allows intuitive, multilingual process management, including via mobile devices thanks to extensive connectivity (RS-232, Ethernet, USB).
Safety is at the heart of the system, notably with the OPC (Optical Pressure Control) sensor, which enables contactless pressure measurement in each vessel, and the DIRC sensor for internal temperature, also contactless. These technologies eliminate the need for reference vessels, enhance measurement reliability and protect operators and equipment.
The isostatically moulded TFMTM PTFE digestion vessels, available in several volumes, enable high productivity. Their structure improves chemical resistance and reduces porosity, while their design facilitates quick changeover without prior degassing.
