Novo Pro: professional sterilisation for demanding medical instruments
The Novo Pro steam steriliser from Joident stands out for its Class B compliant operation, incorporating fractionated vacuum sterilisation cycles. This process effectively eliminates air pockets from loads, ensuring uniform steam penetration even into the most complex instruments. It therefore meets the strict requirements of EN 13060, making it suitable for sterilising solid instruments, porous objects, medical textiles and hollow devices, whether packaged or not.
The Novo Pro operates via a 4.3-inch colour TFT screen, allowing intuitive navigation through the various cycle settings: temperature, sterilisation and drying time. Its multilingual interface makes it accessible for use in a variety of professional environments. In just three steps, the user can start a complete sterilisation cycle, with safety tests such as the Bowie & Dick test, the Helix test and the vacuum test integrated to guarantee optimal results.
The locking system is reinforced by a double electromechanical mechanism that prevents the door from opening until the pressure in the chamber has returned to normal. The device is also equipped with temperature and water level sensors, a high-precision 0.2 µm air filter and a high-performance cooling system that quickly lowers the steam temperature after the cycle.
Thanks to its compatibility with a thermal printer and the ability to automatically record cycle data on an SD card, the Novo Pro facilitates rigorous monitoring of sterilisation processes. It is available in two capacities (18 L and 23 L), with a medical-grade AISI 304 stainless steel chamber and accessories dedicated to instrument management.
Ideal for medical and dental practices and laboratories looking for a reliable and compliant solution, the Novo Pro combines rigour, efficiency and ease of use, while ensuring easy maintenance thanks to its accessible and washable structure. Its quick-connect system at the front facilitates water filling and draining and can be supplemented by an external automatic water supply.
