Description

Injectomat TIVA Agilia: A Syringe Pump Tailored to Intravenous Anesthesia Needs

The Injectomat TIVA Agilia is a syringe pump specifically designed for the administration of anesthetics in TIVA (Total Intravenous Anesthesia) or TCI (Target Controlled Infusion) modes. It integrates pharmacokinetic models for drugs such as propofol, remifentanil, sufentanil, and alfentanil (optional), facilitating the management of plasma concentrations and administered doses.

With its monochrome graphical LCD screen, the user has a clear and detailed display of infusion parameters. The navigation is intuitive, featuring clearly identifiable keys and explicit pictograms, enabling quick learning and simplified use in hospital settings. Its ergonomic design and compatibility with various supports (rails and infusion poles) ensure optimal adaptation to medical environments.

The Injectomat TIVA Agilia features pressure management with a dynamic pressure monitoring system (DPS) that detects pressure variations to anticipate potential obstructions or leaks in the infusion line. The presence of an anti-bolus system significantly reduces accidental boluses after an occlusion is cleared, ensuring enhanced patient safety.

The device offers multiple programming modes to meet the needs of anesthesiologists: flow rate in ml/h, dose per unit of time, manual or programmed bolus, and induction dose/volume per time. The KVO (Keep Vein Open) function maintains a minimal flow rate once the infusion is complete to prevent administration line obstruction.

The Injectomat TIVA Agilia is compatible with Vigilant Drug’Lib, a software that manages customized drug libraries. This system enhances administration safety by limiting the risks of underdosing or overdosing through preconfigured parameters, including thresholds and recommendations for each drug used. Users can work with a database of up to 120 drugs, configurable according to the protocols in place at the institution.

The infusion history is easily accessible through a real-time logging function of 1500 events, allowing precise tracking of anesthetic agent administration. The device includes a night mode, reducing screen brightness and sound alerts to minimize disruptions in intensive care units.

With its numerous features and high level of safety, the Injectomat TIVA Agilia is a preferred solution for anesthesiologists seeking a reliable and precise device for managing intravenous anesthesia.
