The T-9100 series: precision and reliability for spectrophotometric analysis
Peak Instruments' T-9100 series spectrophotometers feature a robust design, modern interface and reliable measurement performance across the entire UV-Vis spectral range from 190 to 1100 nm. Developed for professionals in academic, industrial and research laboratories, this series combines analytical rigour with ease of use, thanks to a richly coloured 7-inch capacitive touch screen and a 120 MHz Cortex-M3 microcontroller processing system.
The series consists of four models with complementary features: the T-9100, T-9200, T-9200S and T-9200A. The instruments offer adjustable spectral bandwidths to suit requirements, wavelength repeatability of less than or equal to 0.2 nm and photometric accuracy enhanced by a reliable and stable silicon photodetector. The spacious sample chamber allows the use of a wide range of accessories for different experimental configurations.
The optical system, based on a 1200 lines/mm holographic grating, guarantees low stray light (up to ≤0.05%T at 220/360 nm), essential for accurate measurements even at critical wavelengths. The socket-type tungsten halogen and deuterium lamps are easily replaceable and feature automatic operating time recording, optimising the device's life cycle management.
The series supports multiple working modes: absorbance, transmittance, concentration, and energy. The device also allows kinetic analysis, spectral scanning, multi-wavelength measurements, andprotein/DNA analysis directly from the unit without the need for an external computer.
Connectivity is provided by RS232, USB-A and USB-B ports, compatible with standard file formats (Excel, .txt, image), facilitating the use of results. PC software is also available as an option for users wishing to expand the analysis capabilities.
The T-9100 series combines precision, versatility and ergonomics for comprehensive and reliable spectrophotometric analysis, adapting to the requirements of multiple scientific and industrial fields.
