TC 201 laboratory air-circulating refrigerator: reliability and precision for your samples
The TC 201 laboratory refrigerator developed by Tritec meets the most stringent standards to ensure the safety and integrity of stored samples and products. Designed for use in professional environments such as research laboratories, hospitals and pharmaceutical industries, this device stands out for its control accuracy and robustness. Its useful volume of 300 litres allows you to store a large quantity of samples while ensuring perfect temperature uniformity.
Thanks to its circulating air cooling system, the TC 201 offers rapid and uniform cold distribution, minimising temperature gradients. When the door is opened, a micro switch automatically stops the fan to prevent warm ambient air from entering and maintain the internal temperature. The interior design in galvanised steel with an antibacterial coating, combined with rounded corners and smooth surfaces, facilitates cleaning and meets the highest hygiene requirements. High-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation, 50 mm thick, ensures excellent energy efficiency and optimum thermal stability.
Temperature control is provided by a 5-inch touchscreen display with digital adjustment to 0.1°C. The system includes a high-precision PT1000 sensor and password protection to prevent unauthorised tampering. Visual and audible alarms immediately alert the user in the event of a temperature deviation, open door, power failure or sensor failure. An integrated memory allows up to 100 alarm events to be stored and a log of operations to be accessed. Data can be exported via USB or Ethernet for further analysis.
The TC 201 also offers a wide range of options and accessories to meet specific user requirements. These include a GSM module for remote alerts, a graphic recorder for temperature traceability, stainless steel drawers with telescopic slides, and mechanical or electronic door locks. This refrigerator can be equipped with a battery module that ensures the controller continues to operate for 72 hours in the event of a power failure, a Wi-Fi module or a galvanically isolated RS485 interface for optimal connectivity.
Certification to DIN 13277 and the availability of qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, CQ and PQ) ensure that the TC 201 complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and can be integrated into controlled environments with full traceability. It is an ideal solution for critical applications requiring reliable temperature control and maximum safety.
