The testo 206 pH1 is a portable measuring instrument designed specifically for quick pH checks in liquids. It features a pH probe combined with a temperature probe, enabling automatic temperature compensation for accurate and reliable measurements. This combination ensures a fast response and high accuracy, even under variable measurement conditions.
The pH probe uses a large-volume gel electrolyte combined with a double reference membrane, making it waterproof, maintenance-free and resistant to contamination. This robust design allows for extended use without the need for regular maintenance, while ensuring optimum measurement stability.
Hygienic design and maximum protection – TopSafe IP68
The testo 206 pH1 is compatible with a TopSafe protective cover, which makes the device completely waterproof in accordance with IP68. This protection not only makes it resistant to water and dust, but also compatible with dishwasher cleaning. This makes it ideal for demanding environments, particularly in the food industry, where hygiene is paramount.
The housing is made of robust ABS, and the entire instrument is designed to withstand shocks and harsh conditions. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the testo 206 pH1 can be operated with one hand, making it easy to take measurements in the field or in the laboratory.
Advanced features for intuitive use
The device is equipped with a two-line LCD display, allowing clear reading of pH and temperature values. The Auto-Hold function automatically recognises the final measurement value, simplifying the interpretation of results. In addition, the user can perform one-, two- or three-point calibration, ensuring optimum accuracy according to the requirements of the application.
The testo 206 pH1 is powered by a CR2032 lithium button cell battery, offering 80 hours of battery life with automatic switch-off after 10 minutes. It is lightweight (69 g) and compact, with dimensions of 197 x 33 x 20 mm (or 110 x 33 x 20 mm without the probe and TopSafe cover), making it easy to transport and handle.
