Featuring a large, inclinable, and pivotable screen, the NT-1 offers extensive installation flexibility, adapting to various situations and the specific needs of patients and clinics. The measurement of corrected intraocular pressure is crucial for air-puff tonometers, assessing the force needed to deform the eye and deducing the pressure. The NT-1 allows manual compensation for central corneal thickness, ensuring increased accuracy.

The presence of a joystick, in addition to the touch screen, gives the operator additional precision to facilitate alignment, even on eyes that are challenging to fixate. With a four-direction button, the joystick enables smooth movement of the measuring unit in all orientations.

For patient comfort, APC (Automatic Puff Control) technology automatically adjusts the air puff's power based on intraocular pressure, optimizing comfort, and reducing noise during measurement.
