Philips Trilogy Evo O₂ ventilator: An enhanced respiratory solution for complex care
The Trilogy Evo O₂ is the enhanced version of the Trilogy Evo ventilator, incorporating an oxygen mixing module for precise FiO₂ management. Designed for demanding hospital environments and home care, it meets the needs of adult and paediatric patients weighing 2.5 kg and above, offering invasive and non-invasive ventilation with remarkable flexibility.
This model stands out for its ability to deliver high-flow oxygen (up to 30 l/min at low flow and up to 87 psi at high pressure), allowing optimal adaptation to clinical needs. The Trilogy Evo O₂ measures, displays and records essential parameters such as FiO₂, SpO₂, EtCO₂, respiratory rate, tidal volume, inspiratory pressure and much more. This data can be transmitted in real time via Bluetooth or WiFi to the Care Orchestrator platform, facilitating remote monitoring and coordination of care.
Its 8-inch colour touchscreen provides an intuitive interface, even when wearing gloves, and allows quick access to settings, alarms and ventilation history. Available ventilation modes include A/C-PC, A/C-VC, CPAP, PSV, S/T, SIMV-PC, SIMV-VC, AVAPS-AE, MPV-PC and MPV-VC, ensuring complete treatment customisation.
Auto-Trak technology improves synchronisation between the patient and the device, automatically compensating for leaks and optimising breathing comfort. The Trilogy Evo O₂ is also equipped with a visual and audible alarm system with a light bar, ensuring enhanced safety. The touchscreen lock prevents accidental manipulation, which is particularly useful in a domestic environment.
With a battery life of up to 15 hours (internal and removable battery), the Trilogy Evo O₂ ensures maximum mobility. It can be mounted on a wheelchair or carried in a dedicated bag, making it easy to travel without interrupting treatment.
This device complies with CE standards and can be used in intensive care, subacute, chronic or non-urgent transport settings. It is a comprehensive, reliable and connected solution for healthcare professionals who want to provide continuous and scalable respiratory support.
