The TRISOM by Mantis is a medical laser designed for progressive and permanent hair removal, integrating three wavelengths that act simultaneously to cover the entire hair structure. The 760 nm Alexandrite acts on the surface of the bulge area, particularly effective on fine, light hair and fair skin. The 808 nm Diode penetrates deeper, targeting both the bulge and the bulb with moderate melanin absorption, making it suitable for all skin types. Nd:YAG at 1064 nm acts down to the hair papilla, offering optimal safety on dark or tanned skin. This simultaneous combination allows a wide range of hair and skin types to be treated, while ensuring consistent results across the entire treated area.

One of the strengths of TRISOM is its liquid optical fibre, which improves the distribution and penetration of light energy. Compared to traditional lasers, this technology increases efficiency by 90%, ensuring constant power across the entire treated area. The energy is concentrated evenly, reducing the risk of excessive heating of the surrounding tissue. The exclusive Fibra Cool HP cooling system, using a Peltier cell and distilled water, ensures optimal comfort, even on the most sensitive areas. This cooling is electronically controlled, with continuous measurement of water flow and temperature, thus limiting the risk of malfunction. The ACS (Active Cooling System) improves the thermal capacity of the laser, allowing for longer sessions without loss of performance.

The TRISOM is equipped with a 10.4-inch colour touch screen, providing a clear and intuitive interface for precise parameter adjustment. Its applicator is considered one of the lightest in the high-power diode laser category, making it easy to handle and reducing practitioner fatigue. Its contact surface has been enlarged to 20 mm to maximise comfort and speed of treatment. Two operating modes are available: Basic, for quick and easy use, and Professional, for customised settings to suit the specific needs of the patient. The device can reach a pulse frequency of up to 12 Hz, optimising treatment speed on large areas.
