Memmert UF110 – Universal precision oven for the laboratory
The Memmert UF110 universal oven is a benchmark device for drying, heating, ageing and hardening materials. Designed to meet the requirements of research laboratories, industrial environments and quality control departments, it offers a wide temperature range from +20°C to +300°C, ensuring great versatility for different processes. Its digital PID control and high-precision Pt100 sensor maintain constant and uniform thermal conditions, which are essential for reliable results.
Its 108-litre useful volume and electrolytically polished stainless steel chamber provide a clean, durable and easy-to-maintain environment. The heating distributed over the four sides of the chamber guarantees optimum thermal uniformity, while the silent air turbine ensures efficient forced circulation, adjustable in 10% steps, for precise control of the internal conditions. The robust design of the double-insulated door with two-point locking limits heat loss and contributes to energy efficiency.
The Memmert UF110 has a ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY control panel with a high-definition TFT colour display. This intuitive system makes it easy to program essential parameters: temperature in °C or °F, fan speed, air flap position, operating time and specific schedules with summer/winter time management. The SetpointWAIT function delays the start of the timer until the target temperature is reached, ensuring that the processing time corresponds exactly to the defined conditions.
Safety is a priority on this device. It is equipped with an electronic temperature control system with an independent mechanical limiter, compliant with DIN 12880, which stops heating at approximately 20°C above the programmed temperature. A self-diagnostic system detects and signals any malfunction, reducing the risk of errors and sample degradation.
The UF110 also offers documentation and programming capabilities via the AtmoCONTROL software, allowing operating data to be read, organised and managed from an Ethernet port or USB stick. Even in the event of a power failure, the stored programmes are retained, ensuring continuity in experimental protocols.
Compact and robust, the device stands out for its installation flexibility. It requires minimal space between itself and surrounding walls and can operate in environments ranging from +5 °C to +40 °C, with relative humidity up to 80% without condensation. Its design ensures long-term use even under intensive operation, with a maximum load capacity of 175 kg and up to five internal levels.
