The multifunction PID control dynamically adapts to operating conditions to ensure exceptional thermal stability. Two Pt100 temperature sensors, mounted in a four-wire circuit, provide redundant and reliable control, taking over in the event of failure of one of them.
Air circulation is provided by a silent turbine with a flow rate adjustable in 10% steps, allowing thermal uniformity to be adapted to the samples and processes. The introduction of preheated fresh air is electronically controlled via an adjustable valve, while an air outlet with a restrictor valve ensures efficient ventilation control. This optimised air flow management guarantees uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber, even at maximum load.
In terms of safety, the UF30plus is equipped with a comprehensive set of protective features. These include a mechanical temperature limiter, electronic monitoring of excessive heat rise and an AutoSAFETY system that automatically follows the setpoint with a predefined tolerance. In the event of an abnormal temperature rise or drop, a visual and audible signal is emitted and the heating is immediately interrupted if necessary. An integrated self-diagnostic system facilitates the rapid identification of any faults, thus ensuring safe and continuous operation.
The UF30plus can be easily integrated into laboratory protocols using the AtmoCONTROL software. This interface allows programmes to be created, managed and transferred via an Ethernet connection or USB port, while ensuring data is saved in the event of a power failure. Its compatibility with internal documentation systems facilitates parameter monitoring and test traceability, thus meeting quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
