Memmert UF75: high-precision universal oven for laboratories and industry
The Memmert UF75 universal oven is a state-of-the-art solution designed for precise thermal processes in scientific and industrial environments. With a temperature range of up to 300°C, this equipment stands out for its reliability, robustness and ease of use. It is suitable for both research laboratories and production facilities requiring strictly controlled drying, heating, curing or ageing protocols.
Its 74-litre internal chamber, made of hygienic stainless steel and reinforced with pressed ribs, ensures even heat distribution thanks to a four-sided heating system. This design not only guarantees exceptional thermal performance, but also ease of cleaning and a high level of durability. The two-point door lock ensures optimal sealing, reducing heat loss and improving the energy efficiency of the appliance.
The UF75 also features a COCKPIT control panel, a multifunctional digital PID controller with a high-definition colour TFT display. This intuitive control system allows precise adjustment of temperature, fan speed, air damper position and programme duration. The user also benefits from the SetpointWAIT function, which ensures that the programme duration only starts once the target temperature has been reached.
Thanks to a silent air turbine that can be adjusted in 10% increments, temperature uniformity is ensured even with heavy loads. The system also allows preheated fresh air to be mixed in, promoting stable conditions inside the chamber. The ventilation flap with regulating shutter allows controlled extraction of humidity or gases.
Safety is a key feature of the UF75 design. It includes an adjustable electronic temperature limiter, a mechanical limiter (TB) in accordance with DIN 12880, and a self-diagnostic system for error analysis. In the event of a power failure, the programme remains stored so that the cycle can be resumed automatically when the power is restored.
In terms of connectivity, the AtmoCONTROL software (via download or optional USB key) allows data to be read, organised and archived via the Ethernet interface. It also allows calibration at three reference temperatures selectable by the user.
With a textured external chassis, compact design and optimised weight, it can be easily integrated into any working environment.
