Memmert UF75plus: The high-precision universal oven for demanding environments
The Memmert UF75plus is a universal oven designed for scientific, industrial and quality control applications where thermal precision is essential. It excels at drying, heating, ageing, burn-in and hardening tasks, while meeting the highest standards of safety and performance.
Its 74-litre interior chamber is made of easy-to-clean, electro-polished stainless steel and reinforced with deep-drawn ribs that integrate a heating system on all four sides for uniform heat distribution. The unit reaches temperatures of up to 300°C, with fine control via two Pt100 sensors in a four-wire circuit, ensuring mutual monitoring and functional recovery in the event of a fault.
Control is via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY: a multifunction digital PID microprocessor with two high-definition colour TFT displays. The system includes a digital timer adjustable from 1 minute to 99 days, and the HeatBALANCE and SetpointWAIT functions offer complete control of the thermal cycle. HeatBALANCE allows the heat output to be adjusted between the upper and lower heating circuits within a range of -50% to +50%, while SetpointWAIT ensures that the process time only starts once the temperature has been reached.
On the ventilation side, a silent turbine ensures forced air circulation, adjustable in segments in 10% increments. Preheated fresh air is integrated via an electronic flap, and a ventilation outlet with a reduction flap optimises exhaust.
Safety is a cornerstone of the UF75plus. A class 1 DIN 12880 mechanical temperature limiter (TB) protects against overheating. Additional monitoring devices (TWW/TWB) provide double protection, and AutoSAFETY includes automatic temperature monitoring with visual and audible alarms. The integrated self-diagnostic system makes it easy to identify any faults.
The textured stainless steel housing with a zinc-plated rear panel ensures robustness and hygiene. The power supply is available in 230 V (2500 W) or 115 V (1800 W), with environmental tolerances of +5 °C to +40 °C and 80% relative humidity without condensation.
