ULT25NEU portable ultra-low temperature freezer
The ULT25NEU from Stirling Ultracold is a revolutionary solution for ultra-low temperature storage in mobile or constrained environments. Designed around Stirling's free-piston engine technology, this freezer offers exceptional thermal performance while being remarkably compact and lightweight.
With a capacity of 25 litres, it can hold up to 18 2-inch boxes, making it ideal for transporting and storing biological products, clinical samples, vaccines and other temperature-sensitive materials. Unlike traditional compressor freezers, the ULT25NEU operates with only two moving parts, reducing the risk of mechanical failure and improving long-term reliability.
Its adjustable temperature range from -86°C to -20°C allows for great flexibility of use, with uniformity of ±3°C at -80°C. It is equipped with a refrigeration system using the natural refrigerant R-170 (ethane), making it more environmentally friendly and compliant with international safety standards.
The ULT25NEU is designed to operate on both mains power (100–240V AC) and mobile power (12V DC), making it ideal for vehicles or remote research sites. It consumes less than 2.8 kWh/day at -80°C, making it one of the most energy-efficient freezers in its class.
The intuitive control panel with LCD display, status LEDs and preset buttons ensures simple and safe operation. Visual and audible alarms warn of temperature exceedances or system errors. The system can be locked to prevent accidental changes to settings.
