Memmert UN110pa – High-precision paraffin oven for laboratories
The Memmert UN110pa is a paraffin oven specially designed to meet the needs of laboratories in science, research and industry, where perfect temperature control is essential. With a temperature range from +20 °C to +80 °C and remarkable control accuracy of 0.1 °C, it ensures a stable environment for sample preparation and processing. The integrated four-sided heating system, combined with natural convection, guarantees uniform heat distribution, which is essential for maintaining the quality and reproducibility of results.
Robust and hygienic stainless steel design
Made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, the UN110pa combines durability and ease of maintenance. Its internal chamber, which is almost gas-tight, is reinforced by deep-drawn profiling and incorporates a protected heating system. Cleaning is simplified, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. The appliance has an insulated door with a two-point lock, ensuring excellent heat retention and increased safety during handling. With a useful volume of 108 litres and a load capacity of up to 175 kg, it is suitable for a wide range of applications and sample formats.
Intuitive and secure control technology
The UN110pa is equipped with the TwinDISPLAY control system, which integrates two high-definition TFT colour screens for clear and user-friendly parameter management. It offers a range of practical functions such as HeatBALANCE to adjust the distribution of heating power, SetpointWAIT to start timing only once the temperature has been reached, and calibration on three selectable temperature values. Programmes can be created, managed and transferred via the AtmoCONTROL software. In terms of safety, it benefits from multiple protection systems, including overheating protection, as well as automatic fault diagnosis and visual and audible alarms.
