The Memmert UN750 is a high-performance universal oven specially designed to meet the varied needs of laboratories, research centres and industrial facilities. With its wide temperature range from +20 °C to +300 °C and precise control, it ensures optimal control of thermal processes. This versatility allows it to be used for a wide range of applications such as drying materials, curing, accelerated ageing, burn-in of electronic components or dry heat sterilisation.
Its robust stainless steel construction guarantees exceptional durability and perfect hygiene, even during intensive use. The interior, made of electropolished stainless steel with pressed reinforcements, facilitates maintenance while protecting the heating elements integrated into the walls. This design ensures even heat distribution, preventing hot spots and optimising energy efficiency.
The TwinDISPLAY digital control system offers an intuitive interface via two high-definition colour screens. It allows you to precisely set and monitor all essential parameters: temperature, time, air flap position and cycle programming. The HeatBALANCE function adjusts the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower circuits, while SetpointWAIT ensures that the process time only starts once the target temperature has been reached.
Sample safety is ensured by several integrated protection levels. A mechanical limiter cuts off the heating in the event of a critical overload, supplemented by an electronic system for monitoring overheating and underheating. AutoSAFETY ensures automatic temperature monitoring with visual and audible alarms in the event of a deviation. The self-diagnostic system quickly detects anomalies to prevent unexpected interruptions.
The UN750 operates by natural convection, with electronically controlled preheated fresh air intake. This process ensures constant air renewal while limiting heat loss. The ventilation connection with restriction valve allows precise adjustment of the air flow according to experimental requirements.
The generous volume of 749 litres and load capacity of 300 kg allow large volumes or multiple samples to be processed simultaneously. The cabinet can accommodate up to 14 electropolished stainless steel shelves. Access is facilitated by an insulated door with two-point compression locking, ensuring a hermetic seal and limiting heat loss.
Connectivity is provided by AtmoCONTROL, a software program that allows sequences to be programmed, managed and transferred via USB or Ethernet interface. Programs are saved even in the event of a power failure, ensuring reliable cycle resumption.
The installation on lockable castors facilitates movement and positioning. The appliance complies with European safety and quality standards and comes with a calibration certificate supplied as standard at +160 °C.
