Memmert UN750plus – High-precision universal oven for laboratory applications
The Memmert UN750plus is a reliable and high-performance solution for drying, heating, curing and ageing materials in scientific, industrial and quality control environments. Designed and manufactured in Germany, this universal oven combines precision, robustness and ergonomics for optimum usability and reproducible results.
With a wide temperature range from +20 °C to +300 °C, the UN750plus covers a wide range of applications. Its digital PID control system, combined with two Pt100 DIN Class A probes, ensures stable and precise control, even over long periods. The SetpointWAIT function ensures that the processing time only starts once the programmed temperature has been reached, optimising cycles and preventing sample alteration. In addition, the HeatBALANCE function adjusts the heat distribution between the upper and lower heating circuits to ensure perfect homogeneity throughout the chamber.
The TwinDISPLAY interface with two high-definition TFT screens provides a clear overview of the parameters and intuitive adjustment. Programming is made easy with the AtmoCONTROL software, which allows programmes to be created, managed and transferred via USB or Ethernet connection. Data is retained even in the event of a power failure, ensuring continuity of operations and process traceability.
The stainless steel design, both inside and out, ensures not only long life but also excellent hygiene and ease of maintenance. The interior chamber, reinforced with pressed ribs, incorporates a heating system protected on all four sides, ensuring uniform heat distribution. The unit is mounted on lockable castors for easy movement and installation.
With a net volume of 749 litres and a total load capacity of 300 kg, the UN750plus can accommodate up to 14 internal shelves, each supporting up to 30 kg. This loading flexibility makes it a versatile tool for laboratories handling large volumes or heavy samples.
Safety is a key feature of this model. It has several overheating protection systems, including a mechanical limiter (TB) and an electronic monitoring device (TWW/TWB) with visual and audible alarms. The AutoSAFETY system automatically monitors temperature deviations and interrupts heating if necessary. An integrated self-diagnostic function facilitates rapid analysis and correction of faults.
The UN750plus must be installed with the minimum clearance around the unit to ensure proper ventilation. It operates in ambient conditions ranging from +5 °C to +40 °C, with a maximum relative humidity of 80% without condensation. Designed for vertical transport, it has a net weight of approximately 217 kg and a gross weight of 288 kg with packaging.
