The Memmert UN75pa paraffin oven is a benchmark piece of equipment for sample preparation in laboratories, particularly in the fields of science, research and materials testing. Its design is based on decades of expertise in temperature control, offering a temperature range from +20 °C to +80 °C and precise control to within a tenth of a degree. Thanks to its HeatBALANCE technology, the heating power can be adjusted between the top and bottom of the chamber, ensuring perfect homogeneity for all samples. The SetpointWAIT system guarantees that the process time only starts once the set temperature has been reached, thus improving the reproducibility of results.

Ergonomics and reliability for performance

The inner chamber of the UN75pa is made of high-quality stainless steel, virtually gas-tight, and reinforced with deep drawing to ensure robustness and ease of cleaning. The integrated heating on four sides ensures uniform heat distribution, preventing cold spots. The 74-litre usable volume and load capacity of up to 120 kg offer great flexibility for different types of samples. Controls are centralised via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY , featuring two high-definition colour TFT screens, allowing intuitive parameter setting and precise process monitoring. Programming is easy with the AtmoCONTROL software, facilitating programme management and transfer via USB or Ethernet.

Safety and durability for intensive use

Safety is ensured by several levels of control, including a mechanical temperature limiter, AutoSAFETY over- and under-temperature monitoring systems, and a self-diagnostic device for fault analysis. If the thresholds are exceeded, the heating is automatically switched off and a visual and audible alarm is triggered. The robust construction, with a fully insulated stainless steel door equipped with a two-point lock, guarantees exceptional durability. Designed to operate in ambient conditions from +5 °C to +40 °C and up to 80% relative humidity, the UN75pa is suitable for intensive use in a variety of environments.
