The Memmert UN75plus universal oven is an essential piece of equipment for laboratories and industrial environments requiring rigorous control of thermal conditions. Thanks to a digital PID control system and two Pt100 sensors compliant with DIN Class A, it ensures a control accuracy of up to 0.1 °C for temperatures below 100 °C and 0.5 °C above. The HeatBALANCE function allows the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower parts of the chamber to be adjusted, optimising thermal homogeneity and limiting unwanted gradients.
The ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY control panel, with its two high-definition colour TFT screens, makes it easy to program and monitor parameters. The SetpointWAIT function ensures that the process time only starts once the target temperature has been reached, thus ensuring strict compliance with protocols. The unit also allows calibration at three user-selected temperature points, enhancing its reliability in applications requiring metrological traceability.
In terms of ventilation, the UN75plus uses natural convection with preheated fresh air intake, regulated by an adjustable electronic flap. The interior design, made of electropolished stainless steel, is optimised for easy cleaning and to limit the risk of cross-contamination. The heating elements are integrated into the walls on four sides, ensuring even heat distribution while maximising usable space.
Safety is a key feature of this appliance. It incorporates a mechanical temperature limiter, overheating protection with different levels of protection, and an AutoSAFETY system that automatically adjusts the alarm thresholds around the setpoint. If the temperature is exceeded, the heating is interrupted and a visual and audible alarm is activated. The self-diagnostic system quickly detects and identifies any anomalies, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
The 74-litre capacity, combined with a maximum load of 120 kg in the chamber and 20 kg per shelf, allows large volumes to be processed while maintaining accurate results. The UN75plus can accommodate up to six stainless steel shelves, offering flexibility in layout to suit your needs.
For programme management, the AtmoCONTROL software allows cycles to be easily created, modified and transferred via USB or Ethernet connection. Operating data is retained even in the event of a power failure, ensuring process continuity and safety.
