Memmert UF1060 – Universal oven for scientific and industrial applications
The UF1060 universal oven from Memmert is a benchmark device in the field of heat treatment in laboratories and industry. The ControlCOCKPIT control technology with high-definition colour TFT display offers intuitive and precise control of operating parameters. Thanks to its multifunctional PID controller, the user can adjust the temperature, fan speed, air damper position and operating times with great flexibility. The SetpointWAIT system ensures that the process timing only starts when the programmed temperature is reached, thus ensuring perfect reproducibility of results.
The forced air ventilation system is based on two silent turbines with speed adjustable in 10% steps, ensuring homogeneous air mixing throughout the chamber. The fresh air intake is preheated and electronically adjusted, optimising the internal conditions for each application. The exhaust air connection with a limiting valve completes this device, offering total control of the air flow and internal conditions.
Safety is at the heart of the UF1060's design. The unit incorporates electronic overheating protection, a mechanical temperature limiter compliant with DIN 12880, and a self-diagnostic system for rapid detection of any anomalies.
