The MULTIPOINT 6 and MULTIPOINT 15 models allow 6 or 15 vessels to be stirred simultaneously with remarkable movement homogeneity . Their technology is based on a magnetic drive with no moving parts, which means zero wear, zero vibration and virtually no maintenance. This system ensures ultra-quiet operation, even in open laboratories or the most sensitive environments.
One of the strengths of the MULTIPOINT models is their soft start, which prevents splashing or misalignment of the magnetic bar, ensuring smooth and stable coupling from the very first seconds. Thanks to a clear digital display, the user can precisely adjust the rotation speed (from 80 to 2000 rpm) and the stirring power (adjustable to 4 levels: 5, 10, 15 or 20 watts). This control allows the stirring to be adapted to different viscosities or volumes, while minimising surface heating.
Compliant with the requirements of clean rooms, sterile chambers and laminar flow hoods, MULTIPOINT mixers also feature a hermetically sealed, IP64-certified stainless steel housing that is completely waterproof and cleanable, as well as resistant to splashes and chemicals. They are therefore ideal for applications in microbiology, cell culture, dissolution of solids, titration and particle suspension.
Their compact, flat design allows easy integration on a workbench, in an incubator or in a refrigerated chamber. In addition, the integrated memory function ensures that the last settings are automatically restored, even after a power failure.
These stirrers accept a wide variety of vessels (beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, tubes, vials) up to 3 litres per station. Combined with high-quality magnetic stir bars (including KOMET samarium-cobalt stir bars), they offer maximum performance even under the most challenging conditions: viscous liquids, curved bottoms, large volumes or long stirring times.
