It is based on a high-efficiency filtration system with a HEPA filter that retains 99.995% of particles ≥ 0.3 µm. Clean air is blown vertically and evenly over the work area, protecting samples while maintaining a sterile environment.
Its cold-rolled steel frame with an antibacterial coating ensures excellent robustness and constant hygiene. The 304 stainless steel worktop guarantees a smooth, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-disinfect surface. The side walls are made of 5 mm UV-treated tempered glass, allowing maximum natural light to enter and providing excellent visibility while ensuring user safety.
With a generous internal surface area of 1700 mm wide, the BBS-V1800 cabinet is perfectly suited to accommodate multiple pieces of equipment or perform complex operations. The motorised front window, with a maximum opening of 430 mm, facilitates daily operations. The centralLCD screen allows real-time monitoring of air speed, UV lamp usage time and overall system operating time.
Two integrated waterproof sockets allow instruments to be powered without compromising the integrity of the work area. The 16 W LED lighting ensures optimal visual comfort, while the 40 W UV lamp, with an emission of 253.7 nm, allows effective decontamination between uses. The cabinet is also equipped with castors with levelling feet for easy movement and stability.
