Olympus GIF-HQ190: Precision and Clarity for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
The Olympus GIF-HQ190 video gastroscope is part of the EVIS EXERA III series, distinguished by its imaging performance and ease of use. Designed to optimize the exploration of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum, it offers high-definition image quality with enhanced contrast and reduced noise. The Dual Focus technology allows users to instantly adjust the depth of field between two observation modes, enabling detailed examination of mucosal structures or maintaining a broader view.
The GIF-HQ190 also incorporates Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) technology, which enhances the visibility of vessels and surface structures of the mucosa, facilitating early detection of abnormalities. Compared to the previous generation, this version's NBI provides twice the visual range, ensuring better appreciation of structures and finer detection of gastrointestinal pathologies.
Ergonomics have been carefully considered to ensure optimal user comfort. The one-touch watertight connector simplifies setup and maintenance by eliminating the need for a water-resistant cap, reducing the risk of accidental immersion damage. The GIF-HQ190 features an integrated water jet system, allowing for quick removal of impurities and ensuring optimal visibility during examinations.
In terms of maneuverability, this video gastroscope offers great flexibility with an articulation angle of up to 210° upwards, 90° downwards, and 100° to either side. Its 2.8 mm diameter operating channel allows for smooth insertion of instruments, ensuring efficient manipulation during endoscopic procedures.
