Precise vacuum level control and temperature uniformity across the shelves guarantee optimal results. The smart design with a front-accessible vacuum pump simplifies maintenance and minimises downtime. In addition, the smooth-walled, easy-to-defrost condenser speeds up the cycle between operations.
