Anton Paar ViscoQC series: a complete solution for viscosity control
The ViscoQC series from Anton Paar includes two models of rotary viscometers designed to meet all viscosity measurement needs, from simple verification to multi-parameter analysis. The ViscoQC 100 is designed for single-point measurements and offers a practical, reliable and fast solution, while the ViscoQC 300 offers multi-point capabilities, an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen and compatibility with V-Curve and V-Comply software for regulated or R&D applications.
Both models incorporate automated features for improved reproducibility of results. Toolmaster™ eliminates pin selection errors, while TruGuard™ ensures traceability of the pin guard. The TruMode™ function automatically determines the best spindle/speed combination. In addition, T-Ready™ confirms that the sample has reached the desired temperature before measurement, ensuring consistent and reliable results, even on formulations that are sensitive to temperature variations.
The ViscoQC 300 goes even further with V-Curve software, which enables statistical analysis, flow curves, measurement step programming and temperature ramps. The V-Comply software meets the strict requirements of pharmaceutical standards (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, GMP), with electronic signature, audit log and secure access control. These features allow seamless integration into standardised environments, while facilitating quality audits.
