Designed for easy integration into modern operating theatres, the Ziehm Vision FD offers a wider opening of 89.5 cm, greatly facilitating patient access and C-arm positioning. Thanks to exclusive Ziehm Adaptive Image Processing (ZAIP) technology, imaging parameters are automatically adjusted according to the anatomy being viewed, ensuring the best image quality at all times while minimising X-ray exposure. The SmartDose system and built-in ODDC (Object Detected Dose Control) enable precise and dynamic dose management based on detected movements and tissue density.
The user interface has been designed for intuitive operation. The synchronised dual touchscreen allows all parameters to be controlled smoothly, directly from the C-arm or the mobile station. Compact and manoeuvrable, the device is easy to move around in confined hospital environments and features an Advanced Active Cooling (AAC) system, allowing continuous use during long or complex procedures without the risk of overheating.
Seamlessly integrated into the hospital information system, the Ziehm Vision FD can be networked via WLAN, instantly transferring data in DICOM format to PACS or RIS servers. Images can be viewed, archived and shared at any time, ensuring a smooth and secure workflow. The option of a dual wireless switch or real-time video transmission to wall-mounted screens helps to improve safety and freedom of movement in the room.
