Vital Signs Monitoring with Infinity® M540: Flexibility and Clinical Efficiency
Simplify your workflow with a monitor that can be moved from the bedside with a simple press of a button. During transport, keep cables and modules connected, monitor parameters and alarms, all while recording data. The M540 can function as a standalone monitor or integrate into the facility's computer system, providing access to clinical data and data analysis applications.
Infinity® M540 Vital Signs Monitor: Measures and displays hemodynamic data at the patient's bedside and during transport. Automatically feeds vital sign data into the Medical Cockpit. Adaptation to the desired orientation with the 180° auto-pivoting screen.
Infinity® M500 Docking Station: Backs up unit profile settings for the monitor and recharges the monitor's internal battery. Provides a hardwired network connection and power for the M540 monitor. Simple and quick one-handed connection and disconnection.
Two work organization options. Discover the power and versatility of the Infinity® M540, whether as a standalone monitor or as a vital signs measurement tool within the Infinity Acute Care system. As a standalone monitor, the Infinity® M540 offers a comprehensive range of parameters and connects via cable or wirelessly to the network through the optional Infinity CentralStation. Its compact size makes the Infinity® M540 the ideal monitor for the bedside, transport, and workstation. As a vital signs measurement tool within the Infinity Acute Care System, the Infinity® M540 monitor sends monitoring data to the Medical Cockpit and the monitoring network. The Medical Cockpit is a powerful workstation that integrates the hospital's information system, monitoring network, and bedside clinical web applications.
Continuous uninterrupted monitoring: Connect the Infinity® M540 monitor to the monitoring network via the bedside docking station. For transport, remove it from the docking station. The Infinity® M540 then wirelessly transmits data to the monitoring network, where it is accessible using the optional Infinity CentralStation and remotely supported devices. When the Infinity® M540 monitor is used in conjunction with the Infinity Acute Care System, simply install it on a new docking station to retrieve previously recorded data, including up to 96 hours of continuous trends, and integrate the data measured during transport into the new Cockpit.
A single monitoring platform for the entire hospital: A scalable Infinity® M540 monitor allows you to follow a patient throughout their care journey, from admission to discharge. To activate the necessary parameters, simply connect the MPod and MCable measurement modules. As the patient's condition improves, disable parameter measurement by unplugging the modules.
System interoperability: In the intensive care unit, you can check hemodynamic data from the Infinity® M540 and respiratory data and trends from a Dräger ventilator, displayed side by side in the Infinity Acute Care system's Medical Cockpit. In the operating room, a standalone Infinity® M540 monitor provides real-time vital sign monitoring at the anesthesia station. To access the patient's electronic medical record as well as networked devices and web applications, simply add the Medical Cockpit from the Infinity Acute Care system.
With the standalone Infinity® M540 monitor, you can access 72 hours of trends, and 96 hours with the Medical Cockpit of the Infinity Acute Care System. Trends in the form of tables and graphs and event data collected during transport are automatically available on the Medical Cockpit once the Infinity® M540 has joined the new care area and is connected to the docking station.
