LEEC W100 Heating Cabinet – Thermal performance and reliability for medical environments

The LEEC W100 heating cabinet is a professional device designed to maintain a constant and uniform temperature for blankets, saline solution bags, bottles and other medical fluids. With a capacity of 100 litres, it is the most compact model in LEEC's W range, which also includes the W157 and W330 models.

Designed to meet the strict standards of hospital environments, the W100 is used in operating theatres, emergency departments, maternity wards and laboratories. It is also known as a blanket warmer, solution warmer or heated lotion cabinet.

Its stainless steel construction ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The interior chamber is completely sealed, with rounded corners for easy cleaning and disinfection. The inner glass door allows clear viewing of the contents without disturbing the internal atmosphere, while the magnetic outer door ensures a tight seal.

Fan-assisted air circulation ensures even heat distribution throughout the chamber. Thanks to a rapid temperature recovery system, heat loss after opening the door is minimised, ensuring optimum energy efficiency.

The electronic PID temperature controller allows simple and precise temperature programming, with real-time display of the set and actual temperatures. High and low temperature alarms are integrated, with thresholds set at ±2°C around the set point and a 2-minute delay to prevent false alarms.

An independent overheating safety device is also built in. In the event of a main controller failure, this system automatically cuts off the power supply to the heating elements. It can be reset manually via a button located on the rear of the unit.
