WPL constant temperature bacteriological incubators: precision, safety and reliability for demanding laboratories
The Faithful WPL series is specially designed for laboratory applications requiring rigorous temperature control, including bacterial cultures and other biological experiments. Thanks to stable horizontal air circulation via dual vertical ducts, these incubators guarantee remarkable thermal uniformity, which is essential for sensitive experimental conditions. The models in this series offer a temperature range from ambient temperature +5 °C to 120 °C, with a resolution of 0.1 °C and a control accuracy of ±1.0 °C.
Each unit in the WPL range has a SUS304 stainless steel body, ensuring both durability and ease of cleaning. The mirror-polished stainless steel interior optimises heat reflection and hygiene in the chamber. Thermal insulation is provided by a high-quality foam panel, which improves energy efficiency and operational stability. The heating system is based on stainless steel heating elements, which ensure rapid and even temperature rise.
Temperature control is based on dual-sensor PID regulation with digital display via LCD screen. The user can configure the settings via an intuitive touch panel. A timer system programmable up to 9999 minutes allows heating cycles to be managed with automatic shut-off. In the event of overheating, a safety system triggers an audible and visual alarm while interrupting the heating to prevent sample degradation.
The WPL series is available in several capacities: 30 L, 45 L, 65 L, 85 L, 125 L and 230 L, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from research laboratories to production platforms. Each model is equipped with several removable shelves with a load capacity of 15 kg per level. The incubators can also accommodate additional accessories such as an RS485 interface, a printer, a programme controller or a remote control.
The entire series is powered by 220 V and complies with electrical safety standards thanks to the use of PT100 sensors and precise fault management.
