YAG SLT YC-200 S Plus: Precise Performance and Ergonomic Comfort for Advanced Eye Surgery
Design and Comfort
Its short working distances effectively reduce user fatigue, and the color-LCD control panel offers convenient access to setting parameters. Additionally, it features a motorized joystick for minimal movements and a rear functional cursor on the patient's side (S-switch feature), enabling precise power adjustments without head movement. This allows the user to fine-tune the treatment energy without losing focus on the target, maintaining a clear view through the lens.
Equipped with an LED lighting slit lamp and a stable color temperature suitable for laser applications, the device ensures a clear and natural view of the targeted eye structures, minimizing aberrations.
YAG Mode
The YAG mode features a double-sight aiming beam capable of rotating 360°, allowing users to select the optimal focus area while overcoming challenges posed by corneal opacities.
After achieving focus, the beam can be defocused across a broad range of values, ranging from -500 µm in the anterior to +500 µm in the posterior. This is particularly beneficial for capsulotomy treatments. With a continuous variation in increments of 25 µm, users can adapt the focus and treatment to accommodate various eye morphologies.
In cases where the targeted structure is robust, such as the iris in peripheral iridotomy surgery, the Burst mode enables the accumulation of up to 3 laser impacts in a single shot (activated by a single press of the joystick button). This enhances the impact's power for a quicker and safer procedure, as the area affected by 2 or 3 pulses remains precisely the same.
SLT Mode
The SLT mode incorporates a patented parfocal system that projects a precise aiming beam when focused around the filtration angle.
To enhance the ease of SLT treatment, where the treatment outcomes are not immediately visible, the SLT-navi module provides continuous assistance throughout the surgery. This module calculates treatment parameters, including the treated surface area, direction of magnifying glass rotation, starting point of the treatment, etc. The SLT-navi then tracks the surgery's progress based on the number of impacts recorded by the control panel.
Compact Solution
Save all treatment parameters directly to the device for your routine surgeries and easily access your default values.
